William F. Fontaine, 89, died peacefully on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Midstate Medical Center. Born on November 6, 1929, he was the son of the late the late Theresa Bruell Fontaine Parks and stepson to the late O.J. Parks.
Bill attended St. John’s Academy in Wisconsin and graduated from high school in Barrington, IL. He attended the University of California in Los Angeles and received his CPCW (Charter Property Casualty Underwriter designation) from the University of San Francisco.
