The compassion and kindness shown to our family during a heartbreaking time eased part of the burden we all felt. Every staff member was very respectful of our emotional state. Patrick’s quiet patience during the planning process was evident and much appreciated. We chose items for Ferry’s to display and the presentation truly reflected our mom and was done tastefully and beautifully. Our sadness will continue forever as we mourn our mom.
