D’Ashley A. Coombs, 19, died of medical complications on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 22, 2018. She was born on December 23, 1998. D’Ashley was a caring person with a big heart and a great sense of humor. She was strong, bold and never allowed the challenges she faced with Spina Bifida defeat her dreams. D’Ashley was fortunate to fulfill a dream and reconnect with her biological family. She is also survived by her biological parents, 9 brothers, 3 sisters and many family members.
D’Ashley’s family will receive relatives and friends at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden, CT 06450 from 1pm until 4pm on Saturday, December 1st. D'Ashley you know you were my favorite PITB, your sarcasm was far beyond your years! You put a smile on my face every day even when you forgot to fully engage your sensor. You would have made a great sped teacher here on earth, but now you must gather the littlest angels and teach them well!
Forever in my heart,
