Our sincere condolences for the loss of your mom. My mom, Doreen knew her very well from Victoria Towers and they were good friends. She was such a nice lady and always had a smile on her face. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Louise and Family, I was just sick upon hearing that your Mom had passed. She certainly lived her life to the fullest under the gentle care of her family especially her girls, not that she needed much care. Louise would fill me in on what Mom was up to now and I'd have to sit down to rest. I always enjoyed it when Lorraine and Mom made it to our concerts with the Vestal Community Chorus....I'd get confused, seeing Louise in the audience and wondering 'what the heck' then seeing Mrs. Getman, then I knew it was Lorraine. Twins extraordinaire. I'd scamper out to the audience to Howdy. Mrs. Getman was such a lovely, loving woman and we got on like long lost friends in a matter of minutes. She was dearly loved by her girls (I never met any of the boys)
I know you all will comfort each other from this day forward. It is not easy losing someone you love so much. I suspect your Mom will have the angels line dancing before long.
My love to you all,
My love to you all,

We are so sorry for your loss. When this happens in our family we need more than human strength. God and his Son can provide what we need. Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
