Edwin Andino
Edwin Andino, 42, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 unexpectedly. Born in Humacao, Puerto Rico on December 26, 1975, he was the son of the Angela Rivera and Francisco Andino. He resided in Meriden and worked for the Crown Village Association for more than a decade.
Edwin loved music, carpentry, playing his guiro tipico, gardening and nature. He loved the outdoors and enjoying roasting pigs Puerto Rican style. Edwin was very caring, generous and loved his family dearly.
Besides his past domestic partner, Millie Torres of over 8 years, he is survived by his daughter, Jaileen Linette Andino; his grandchild, Jemiyah Nevaeh Andino; his sister, Vilmarie Montanez; his six brothers, Wilfredo, Jorge I., Francis Ivan, Angel I., Walberto and Roberto Andino. He was predeceased by his brother, Alfredo Andino; his maternal grandparents, Eusebia Alvarez and Conrado Rivera; his paternal grandparents, Eusebio Andino and Francisca Delgado; his very close and always by his side cousin, Adalberto Andino, his cousin Jessica Brooks and his uncle Pascual Andino and his wife Gloria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Saturday, August 4th at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. Burial will be private.
