Obituary for Heinz William Wadle

Heinz William Wadle, 89, passed away on Monday July 16, 2018 surrounded by his two sons and daughter-in-law after a short illness at Conn Hospice in Branford, CT. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany on June 11, 1929 and grew up in Ludwigsburg, Germany. He immigrated to the U.S. in the mid-1950’s and lived in the Wallingford/Southington/Meriden areas most of his adult life. He was employed as a Jewelry Model Maker at Napier’s in Meriden for 23 years. He loved traveling, spending time with long time love, Anna Migliore and working around the house they shared in Meriden. He enjoyed long talks with family and friends around espresso and loved to bring out his vast collection of road atlas to ensure everyone knew exactly where he was talking about in the world. He is predeceased by his first son Harry Walter Wadle, who passed in 1981, his little sister Gisela Kiehbacker who passed July 14, 2017 in Germany and his parents Julie and Oswald Wadle.
He is survived by his love Anne and her family, sons, Jimmy and Gerry Wadle; daughter-in-law, Sarah Wadle; son-in-law, Steve Briere, grandchildren, Corey, Gerald, Chelsea and John, as well as Joey who was very much a grandson to him. He also leaves a brother-in-law, Hubert, nieces, Christine and Sabine, as well as step children James and Sharon and many other friends and family who all loved him very much.
