The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.
Anita Mary Adduci, known by many as Nete, 89, of Meriden, wife to the late Raymond Adduci, died December 3, 2017 after a brief illness at Miller Memorial Community. Born June 11, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Emil Cossette and Gertrude Niland. Nete volunteered at MidState Hospital Auxiliary for many years. She traveled extensively and especially enjoyed visiting Ireland and Germany.
Mrs. Adduci is survived by her two sons, Raymond Adduci Jr. and Donald Adduci. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Gertrude Cossette and Joan Lobb and four brothers, Donald Cossette, Lawrence Cossette, Robert Cossette and Walter Cossette.
Services will be private. Anita’s family would like to thank the staff at Miller Memorial Community and Midstate Medical Center for their compassionate care. Arrangements are under the direction of the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St, Meriden, CT 06450.
