Dajon Markell Robinson, 22, of Meriden died on December 13, 2017 at Midstate Medical Center. Born in Meriden, Connecticut on August 11, 1995, he was the son of Tanisha Johnson and Marcus Robinson Sr. He had resided in Meriden all his life and graduated from the Meriden Adult Learning Center. Dajon was employed by Pratt & Whitney.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Abraham and Mary Robinson; his daughter, Charlotte Amelia Robinson of Meriden; four sisters, Jasmine T. Johnson of Meriden, Amere Robinson of Virginia, Aaliyah Robinson and Amyah Robinson; and two brothers, Marcus Robinson Jr. and Daysohn Robinson. He also leaves behind a host of aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt Johnson Sr., his uncle, Timothy Robinson, cousins Darin A. Robinson Jr. and Dacari A. Robinson, great-grandmother Tressie Mae Watkins and his uncle, David Watkins.
Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service to be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. Burial will be private. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 11 to 1 p.m.
