Louise Gamble (Pulcinella)
Louise C. Gamble, 83, wife of the late John Gamble, died Sunday, October 1, 2017 at her home. Born in Meriden on November 3, 1933, daughter of the late Anna and Anthony Pulcinella.
Louise was a lifelong Meriden resident, worked at International Silver for 25 years and was an Avon representative for 45 years. She loved Elvis, leopard clothing and tag sales.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Day and her husband Jonathon, a son, Robert H. Carlson Jr and Bonny, four grandchildren; Melanie (Michael) Hecht, Stephanie Carlson, Robert H. Carlson III and Christopher Day, and three-great grandchildren; Sarah, Emma and Benjamin Hecht. She is also survived by a sister, Judy Bazinet, a brother Anthony Pulcinella and his wife Ania, a sister-in-law, Kim Pulcinella, a brother-in-law, Roger Bazinet and Louise’s boyfriend, Michael Anziano and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three brothers, David, Edward (Bucky) and Richard Pulcinella and a sister, Frances Pulcinella
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Will Marotti officiating at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 4th from 4 to 7 p.m. Should friends desire, contribution in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, New England Division, 36 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854-2328.
