After serving in the U.S. Navy until 1957, he had a successful career with the CT Department of Transportation as Data Processing Chief. He is also survived by his sisters Delores Astramowicz and her husband Matt of Meriden, Justine LeMay and her husband Ed of New Hampshire and Dorothy Novalis and her husband Paul of Florida. He also leaves behind his five children, Terra Pelletier and her husband Marc of Middletown, Gayle Brill and her husband David of Middletown, Brian and his wife Mabel of Florida, Jennifer DeGumbia and her husband Jan of East Hampton, Julie Rodrigues of Middletown, and their mother Caroline (McMahon) Nobert of Meriden. His legacy carries on with his grandchildren Kyle, Ethan, James, Martin, Alayna, Casey, Nathan, and Jerri and their loving spouses, along with his five great grandchildren.
