Obituary for Sheila T. Gullo (Valiquette)
Sheila T. Gullo, 71, formerly of Meriden, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Born in Plattsburgh, New York on June 4, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Claire (Valiquette) Turner.
Sheila was a longtime Meriden resident and had resided in Wolcott for the past ten years. She worked in the banking business for many years and was a parishioner St. Joseph Church. She was an avid cake decorator and baker, loved the theater and enjoyed the beach, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, James Gullo and his wife Tammy of Wallingford, a daughter, Jennifer St. Arnauld and her husband Eric of Wolcott and her beloved grandchildren, Katelyn Gullo and Evan St. Arnauld.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
